Apache, MySQL, PHP alles funzt.. jedoch keine *.php

Habe folgendes Problemlos installiert:

apache_2.0.59-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi
mysql-5.0.18-win32.zip
php-5.1.2-Win32.zip

Anschließend hab ich den apache konfiguriert, er läuft jetzt auch, sprich er zeigt mir die *.php dateien aufgelistet im Browser auf die ich im entsprechenden Ordner habe.

Jedoch kann ich diese nicht aufrufen, wenn ich dies tuhe zeigt er mir folgende Fehlermeldung an:

Apache HTTP Server hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden.

Falls Sie gerade Daten bearbeitet haben, sind diese möglicherweise verloren gegangen.
Dieses Problem bitte auch an Microsoft berichten.
blablabla.. das übliche gerede...

Was hab ich nun falsch gemacht?

was zeigt den das Log-File des Apaches?

btw. solltest du ein Anfänger sein (könnte ja sein *g*) würde ich XAMPP für den beginn empfehlen... alles zusammen in einem paket und läuft normal ohne Probleme!

Hallo Freunde,
ich wollte mir, wie vorgeschlagen, das Leben leicht machen und habe XAMPP installiert.
Lief prima.
Beim Start, wie in der Installationsanleitung angegeben, rufe ich im Browser "http://localhost/" auf. Dann dauert es 4-6 Sekunden und die oben genannte freundliche Nachricht erscheint.
Damit ist aufs erste meine Begeisterung für XAMPP auf Eis gelegt.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Um ganz sicher zu gehen, habe ich die desamte XAMPP Umgebung deinstalliert und neu installiert.
Das Ergebnis ist das gleiche.
So sieht die Datei error.log im Verzeichnis ../xampp/apache/logs aus:

Hm, würde ich nochmal neu installieren. Und wenn es dann immer noch nicht klappt, gibt es ja noch andere Webserver-Pakete. http://www.wampserver.com/en/
