Fehler 403 forbidden bringt mich zum verzweifeln

Hallo Leute,

brauche dringend Hilfe.

also ich habe einen Windows XP Rechner und will eine Applikation auf dem gleichen rechner erstellen. Soll nicht ins Internet.
Habe von einer BuchCD WAMP installiert.
Einzelnen Factories.
Apache Version: Apache/2.0.59 Win32 / PHP /5.2.0

Der Apache liegt unter C:\wamp\Apache2
Das Documentroot liegt unter D:\MuT

Ich habe eine einfache Anweisung laufen (Ausgabe von Text) funktioniert. Kein problem

Schreibe dann aber in einem neuen ordner unter D:\MuT\versuch1 folgendes Script.....

Ich habe alles versucht was mir einfällt. Ändern der httpd.conf und auch .htaccess erstellt.

Nix funktioniert. Ich würde gerne anfangen zu programmieren aber der Mist hält mich auf.
Bin schon am überlagen alles runter zu hauen und wieder mit ASP anfangen.
