PHP Forum - DIV Ebenen

Hallo liebe User ..
Nach 2 Stunden googlen und lesen hab ich beschlossen mich an euch zu wenden.

Im Bereich DIV bin ich absoluter Anfänger.
Ich hab folgendes Problem:

Auf meiner Seite: http://gronaurockzameland.de.vu/

möchte Ich Verschiedene "Bereiche" einteilen.
Denn immer wenn man im Menü zwischen News, Galerie etc. klickt lädt die ganze Seite neu.
Ich möchte lediglich das der Inhalt (mittiger Bereich) immer neu lädt.
Wie mach Ich das bloß ? =/

Ich hatte unten im Code schon ganz verzwifelt einen Versuch gestartet der natürlich nicht geklappt hat.

Bitte um Hilfe.
